Objective: Recently, we have shown that endothelial cell-conditioned medium (ECCM) stimulates aldosterone secretion and the expression of proteins, essential for steroidogenesis and adrenal development. Also, we have found that fat cells regulate adrenal steroidogenesis through the wnt-signaling pathway.
